About this event

Known as 'Mother Nature's Stairmaster,' the Grouse Grind is a 2.5-km trail that ascends 853 metres up the face of Grouse Mountain. The hike is free and open to the public daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It offers a rigorous cardiovascular workout through beautiful forest scenery, ending at the mountain summit. Please note that downhill hiking is strictly prohibited for safety reasons; hikers must take the Skyride or the BCMC Route back down. Visitors are advised to bring proper footwear, plenty of water, and ensure they are in good physical condition before attempting the climb.
