About this event

This exhibition by Clarissa Long explores the connection between making and communication through the lens of mixed-race identity. Using air-dry clay and techniques borrowed from dumpling-making, the works highlight how gestures transmit cultural knowledge. The installation features a rotating central table, inviting visitors to sit and engage with the art closely. Guests can even participate by making their own 'dumpling' pin to add to a collective installation. The gallery is open daily for drop-in participation throughout the exhibition's run.
