Vancouver Civic Theatres offers a rare opportunity to explore one of North America's most beautiful concert halls through guided walking tours. These 90-minute sessions, presented in partnership with the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame and Downtown Van, reveal the secrets and stories of this National Heritage Site. Built in 1927, the Orpheum has hosted international icons and remains the proud home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Participants will learn about the building's architecture and hear legendary anecdotes, such as Frank Sinatra's dressing room antics. Please note that the tour includes significant walking and stair climbing as it moves through the operating theatre.
